UP YOUR GAME
My name is Makgalane Stanley Thobejane. I
was born and raised in a rural area in Limpopo
(Gasekhukhune) called Apel in 1991
November 30. my main goal is to see my self
owning/opening my own company one day.
This journey started when I meet a beautiful
lady called Itumeleng Mabena, she's my
partner, my love, she motivates me in every
way, thats where a baking business started.
for now i can say none because i have just
started few weeks ago. The challenges is a urge
competition. I remember i was alone on the
spot when i started selling magwinya and
muffins, but days after abo Gogo Baya fika. i
was not into any business when Covid19
started. I wanna buy myself a kitchen mobile
where i will also sell fast food absolutely
without no doubt. M y dream is see myself
owning a unique food kitchen where by people
value it with dignity and pride, sell fresh food
and mostly the best natural home made, for the
street I wish to see my business achieving a lot
and doing remarkable. The street is not for the
weak you must prepare yourself before
entering the street vendor hustle, you get to a
point where by you meet people with their
anger issues you have to deal with such
negativity so that you grow your business as
well.
Since I was at primary level my wish was to serve my community
with home made, I saw most people are graving for something
tasty. And i bet they all enjoying my freshest street combo each
morning before they go to work, which is something I desire while
g r o w i n g u p , t h e y a l l a p p r o a c h m e o n e b y o n e
all I can say is, it's very challenging, stressing especially when I'm
not around the street because it’s so fresh and breezing you get to
learn more day by day . I would love to have my place so that I can
provide more of them, being a hustler it’s you sometimes have be
on your own so that you learn how to survive at your level best. my
wish is to build my company before end of this year. my goals are
to open my own clothing company as well since I am a great stylist
type a guy. Hustle live can motivates you and also brake you into
pieces but focus is the only key to success just Stanley M
Thobejane on Facebook to order or 0715519340/ 0735245785 on
WhatsAppim clothing fashionist.... I like clothes. owning a car
wash and a Pub, it’s a good idea but it require a hardwork and
strength, I met lot of people whom to advise me to build my fast
food first and also to approach shops that supplies with the muffins.
my aim is not to give up in life until the finish line, our government
is not helping us so let's help ourselves by being self employed.
and also creates jobs for those who are determined to work
hard and also to provide their families.
“THE DREAM IS FREE. HUSTLE IS SOLD SEPARATELY
THE DAY YOU PLANT THE SEED IS NOT THE DAY YOU
EAT THE FRUIT, HARDWORK ALWAYS PAYS AND CELEBRATE
YOUR SWEAT. MILK THE OPPORTUNITY THAT COMES YOUR
WAY, PASSION + CONSISTENCY = SUCCESS.”
I Nthabiseng Selebalo have six years hustling
from town to town such as Klerksdorp, Orkney
Wolmaransstad and Leeudoringstad. I've met so
many humble people who kept blessing me with
so many touching words, my wish is to see myself
as a business woman hence I have learnt so many,
from Mrs Maputle she gave me an opportunity to
hustle and show people how hustle feels like,
hence you motivate yourself in most cases. Some
people are hard to get and some have so many
patience and respectful I've learnt to treat my
customers as well as I respect my employer
because serving people with food is not easy as
others can think because it's worth love and
patience. You should keep your head up and
mostly you should go door to door with selfconfidence
because it works for me in daily basis
and door to door for me is my strategy and
I wanna see myself as my own boss fixing my life
and pushing my lungs out with my hustle, my
wish is to see youth having decent jobs to change
their lives nowadays our youth are deep into drugs
so as a hustler I will wish to serve greener pasture
as much as I'm still alive.
“hustle beats talent when talent
doesn’t hustle. hustlers don't
sleep they nap the longer you’re
not taking action, the more money
you’re losing.”
. I mastered my hustling since my day one so I
believe on paving my own wisdom through these
streets because there are so much life.
my advice for others is to have everlasting love for
business and savings do work, and also they
should have a discipline, hard work and always
have plan B and be serious also. Put focus and
never give up and give your hustle a long heart and
always believe even if you made R100 today it
doesn't mean you should give up tomorrow still a
day and mostly you'll reach what you desire
.because you can't stick to one strategy always
change how you sell your products and your
brand. Mrs Maputle is my mentor she taught to me
alot about life and business site she’s a hero and
well-known business woman that even if I wanna
open my business she will be the first person to
know and also to advice me to handle books and
savings because there are so many things she
taught me as a mother and I'm thankful as a young
hustler who’s looking up to her, the street hustle
can uplift your spirit even if others wanna put
your morals down but my key is to hustle because
at my hometown I'm only one to hustle through
my age as a woman and I survived so many
negative minds from people who didn't believe in
my hustle. if people wanna put orders can call us

A r t J o u r n e y .
Big yes, I have lot's of dreams of seeing myself ,and my member's
going far as much as we can, cause wow we have an amazing talent
and bright future ahead of us. I would like to thank my group
members to work hard as much as we can so that we can be able to
multi task our work throughout our performances. so that we can be
willing ti inspire our fans who follow our music as much as we
provide them with good cultural music.
Our main goal is to see ourselves being a role model and a hero
to some of our local young stars out there, and really show
them than no matter home background you come from you can
make it as much as I love seeing ourselves growing in Arts, I
also develop others and it will be really good to see my self
played a big role in one of them in this journey. fire Bontle Ba
Aforika Borwa Arts Festival is one of the biggest Cultural
Event in North West so we try every year to improve and make
it better promise to give our best and bring some of well known
Artists one or two.
Our music Journey has been tough since day one, the
most challenging factor it has always been lack of finance
and platform. We are that group that has no connections
on getting assistance. so we hustling on our own to see
our group growing, most of the time we work with our
community school kids , so eventually we teach them the
cultural music and they don't have income, so always it’s
been hard and stressful, emotionally as well.
Retsosangwao Cultural Group is independent group
under NPO registration, it has achieved lot's of things,
being on sabc1 Roots, Our music have been played on
various radio stations. Teaching young kids and groom
them is our key to see them also honoring our roots. We
are well known to win lots of local competitions across
North West and globally.
We lost lot's of gigs, bookings and events that has to
be canceled due to the pandemic that we’ve been
facing .We had to lay low to do what we we’re born
for.We did struggled because there was no gigs,
meaning no money, more hunger and it really
affected us and lot's of Artists out there. Because
some of us we are trying to make a living out of
music. Second week of May this year our second
Album will be out tittled Dikgwetlo tse tsa botshelo.
Doing more of Cultural exchange. Art, knowing
your roots ,knowing where you come from and where
you are going is the best thing. Exchanging skills
with our African brothers and sisters is some thing
good for our continent, roots and economical spin off.

Handwork, dedication and discipline. is all what you
give as an artist especially on the stage it's all what
matters how your songs tell the story and the message to
the world and it's creativity. There are lots of my idols
just to name few, Mmausi, Notshi or Mogote wa poko at
a later stage one and only role model of mine, Cassper

in this industry to pave more of his natural talent and
showed the whole world what he’s capable of especially
the music and his idea of bringing the boxing alive. the
whole country was inspired so I wanna be like him.

I w a n t m y t a l e n t t o b e s e e n w o r l d w i d e .
My track Dikgwetlo tsa botshelo is an emotional song
that describe how life is difficult at some point especially
when you're an orphan, that's why I say "Ke le
mofutsana" meaning I have know else one in my life, if
things dosen’t going well in your life, you must have at
least someone to be a shoulder to lean on than when you
have no one and facing challenges of life alone
“Omofutsana you are on your own” is were anxiety and
depression start and that's it's a sad song, and does
teaching at some point. Some things that had happened
