The next 2 years were a real test (as for all of us), the most challenging time ever to start as SM
since the pandemic change deeply the way we used to work, but despite all of this,
I found myself very lucky thanks to my family: Marta, Ginevra and Simona, always
in the field demonstrating courage, adaptability, passion for their work and a
commitment that really inspires me...a real “girl power”!
Then came Gioele, our new ASM where I found a huge
support, great communication skills and an amazing
experience on the floor due to his previous 7 years old
career.
What can I say...we are a very small store compared to all
the other Vans store out there, but I can sincerely say
that here I found great people,
colleagues and friends with whom I shared everything you can possibly share during these
strange years.
All this just for saying that sometimes (many times) is people that make great
a brand or a company, and Vans is the proof.. despite the huge shit storm out
there!”
