Hello Team,

With Easter break passing shortly, I wanted to reach out to reinforce the important

role that DTC plays within our Brand.

Our stores play a crucial role in creating a physical and emotional connection

with our brand.

The DTC business, compromising of our e-comm team as well as our physical

stores, are the pinnacle expression of our Brand where we show Vans at its

absolute best.

No doubt, COVID had an impact on all of us and as a retail leadership team we need

to continue focusing on our internal and external customers.

I am fully aligned with the fact that we can no longer work in silos, and

we must now focus on collaboration to make a difference and keep pace with

our customers, and brand needs.

Despite some further challenges we may face in the coming months,

I look forward to the period with confidence and enthusiasm, thanks to the

great initiatives kickstarted over the past few months across all

departments and business areas.

My commitment to YOU, together with the entire HQ organization is to enable

YOU, our field teams to perform at your best, improving our service accuracy

across all areas and maximizing the opportunity for both Brand and Business.

I am sure it will translate into an even better customer experience.
