LET’S MEET luca suzzi, sm of vans outlet barberino!
“Hi All,
Who knows what is the SECOND most famous
attraction in Barberino, after Vans (for sure!)?
I’m Luca, SM of Vans Outlet Barberino!
My journey in Vans has started in 2018, entering with the role of ASM.
My previous experience in retail was really different... changing from a brand to another
without any time to settle was a very strong experience,
with 11 years of work just blown away from a day to another.
The difference was in a first impression really huge, the
values and the human dimension of the company was
something that really impressed me.
Less than 4 years and I had the chance to meet many wonderful people that supports me during
this journey: Lorenzo, who first gave me the chance to enter in this family, since he was the SM
at the time, showing immediately a great passion for the brand, the role and for all the values
involved (in fact now he is supporting Retail OPS)...
Then 3 different flavors of DMs that shows a great mixture of experiences and characters…a
large container to draw from!
