We will try to add all the new employee and the new roles in our
EMEA stores.
For the NEW ROLE SECTION, here we have
Natalia Lamagrande’s experience.
Natalie is now covering Cristina (SM of Las
Rozas) during her Maternity leave;
“Hi Vans family!
This is Natalia, current SM from las Rozas outlet, in Madrid.
This story starts in 2017. I was on a hiatus from being SM for more than 10 years in familiar
business.
I was searching for a job to change my perspective when I found a store in Las Rozas
that was different from the others. So, I entered and I left my CV. Cristina was so kind
and saw my potential. They had a supervisor role at that moment. I was a SM in that time
but something inside of my heart told me to accept that position and I became a
supervisor in Vans!
2 years later I become an ASM, and I had the opportunity to show my skills and develop
more management work.
Now, since Cristina is on maternity leave, I am the current SM, taking care of the store,
which is my second home. And you know that home is where the heart is, right? A
piece of my heart is in Las Rozas, and will always be this way.
I have been really lucky to have Cristina and all Las
Rozas Team by my side because we are growing as a
family. Also, I need to say a really big thank you for this
big chance that Telmo has given to me.
In April, I had the opportunity to see in person all
the Iberia’s SMs, and it was a real pleasure. I am
looking forward to seeing all of us evolving and
becoming the best brand of VF.
