Scheme - providing safe, affordable & reliable journeys
for appointments & social activities, for people who find it

Run Talk Run - a 5k run with a twist! We run at the pace of
the slowest runner, and provide a safe space to talk about

Smile! Stop Hate Crime - raises awareness & tackles
disability hate crime. People with learning disabilities should

West Bridgford & Sherwood Versus Arthritis
- monthly groups held in West Bridgford & Sherwood. We
support people with any types of arthritis & invite interesting
& informative speakers to our meetings. We also organise
