SUMMARy OF THE yEAR � FINANCIAL OvERvIEw Liability categories The liabilities of the Department are mainly employee entitlements (21 per cent) and borrowings under the Fisheries Adjustment Scheme (72 per cent). This is shown in Figure 16. The amount ‘owed’ under Fisheries Adjustment Scheme will reduce in the out-years with the final instalments due in 2018/19. See also notes with respect to Figure 14.
