Capital expenditure<br />
Figure 12 presents an overview of capital<br />
expenditure over the last five years highlighting that<br />
capital expenditure fell by 39 per cent ($3.45m)<br />
compared to 2009/10. The decreased expenditure<br />
is mainly due to some 2010/11 financial year<br />
expenditure, namely construction of the Denham<br />
building being deferred to 2011/12.<br />
