• The parade will start at 8:00 a.m. All participating schools are expected to be at the<br />
convergence area before 9:00. The sequence of the parade will be according to the<br />
balloon color.lt will be led by a police escorts followed by CAT members.<br />
• Program proper will start at 9:00 a.m. at the quadrangle of Muntin,lupa City .Hall.<br />
