<strong>for</strong> campus upgrade phases 1 & 2
Our Campus is a testament to the energy we’ve been<br />
building through years of collaboration. Our current<br />
growth focuses on ways to bring communities together.<br />
Completing Phase One of our build-out will help us<br />
become the region’s largest, Black-led, financially<br />
sustainable, arts & education organization.<br />
Regarding facilities, our immediate needs include:<br />
- Complete the purchase of 1646 Hoffner Street<br />
- Update and repair artist studios at Studeō <strong>PAR</strong>-<br />
- Upgrade The Nook gallery and the facade of HQ<br />
- Provide new landscaping <strong>for</strong> our courtyard<br />
- Open our outdoor movie theater & sound-stage.<br />
