discover Vienna on board ship, the Ms Vindobona (the master painter hundertwasser<br />
boat), and the Ms Vienna! relax on board and watch the landscape, and the sights<br />
such as the <strong>danube</strong> tower, Millennium tower, the ring tower, the district heating plant<br />
spittelau, the Urania Observatory, and many others, passing by. experience navigating<br />
through one or two of the locks as the boat is raised or lowered where the water levels of<br />
the <strong>danube</strong> differ because of the dams.<br />

the Ms schlögen departs four times a day for a round trip on the <strong>danube</strong> canal from<br />
May to september. starting from the new schiffstation Vienna / city the cruise on the<br />
<strong>danube</strong> canal takes 1 ½ hours when the boat heads upstream to the nußdorf lock before<br />
which it turns to go to the mouth of the <strong>river</strong> Vienna, where again it turns to go back<br />
to the schwedenplatz pier, with the many sights of the city centre such as the ring tower,<br />
the rossau Barracks, the Kaiserbad lock, or the Urania Observatory, on the way.<br />
