Resource leveling: A technique in which start and finish dates are adjusted based on resource constraints with the goal of balancing demand for
resources with the available supply. Leveling lengthens the schedule and increases cost in order to deal with a limited amount of resources
Resource Smoothing: Resource smoothing is a modified form of resource leveling, where resources are leveled only within the limits of the float
of their activities, so the completion dates of activities are not delayed
