F.4 POWER SOURCES<br />

❐ All conductor connections to the MGB follow approved connection methods.<br />

❐ Subsystem Ground Bar (SSGB), if required is properly installed.<br />

❐ SSGB is bonded back to the MGB as required.<br />

❐ All conductor connections to the SSGB follow approved connection methods.<br />

❐ Where required, an internal perimeter ground bus is properly installed.<br />

❐ Only ancillary equipment is bonded to the Interior Perimeter Ground Bus (IPGB)<br />

❐ Each ancillary support apparatus is properly bonded to the MGB, SSGB, or IPGB.<br />

❐ Surge suppression device (SPD) metal housings are bonded to the MGB, SSGB, or IPGB<br />

as required.<br />

❐ Separately derived AC electrical systems are bonded to the MGB or SSGB as required.<br />

❐ Primary telephone, control, <strong>and</strong> data network circuit SPDs are bonded to the MGB or<br />

SSGB as required.<br />

❐ RF transmission line SPDs are bonded to the MGB or a separate equipment area SSGB as<br />

required.<br />

❐ Cable trays are bonded to the MGB or SSGB as required.<br />

❐ Each cable tray section is bonded to the adjoining section as required.<br />

❐ Ground bus conductors <strong>and</strong> their extensions are sized as required.<br />

❐ All ground bus conductors, ground bus extensions, <strong>and</strong> equipment grounding conductors<br />

are routed toward the MGB or SSGB as required.<br />

❐ Bonded connections to a ground bus or its extensions have been properly insulated as<br />

required.<br />

❐ Racks <strong>and</strong> cabinets have been properly bonded to the MGB, SSGB, or ground bus using<br />

approved methods.<br />

❐ Any RGB located within a rack or cabinet has been properly bonded to the MGB, SSGB,<br />

or ground bus using approved methods.<br />

❐ Individual system component chassis equipment is properly bonded as required.<br />

❐ Secondary telephone, control, <strong>and</strong> data network circuit SPDs are properly insulated <strong>and</strong><br />

bonded back to the MGB, or SSGB as required.<br />

❐ All required control center <strong>and</strong> dispatch equipment is properly bonded back to the MGB,<br />

SSGB, or ground bus conductor as required.<br />

❐ Circuit breakers are labeled to identify the receptacle outlet they are protecting.<br />

❐ Power panels are installed with proper clearance requirements.<br />

❐ Outlet boxes are permanently marked to identify their assigned circuit breakers <strong>and</strong><br />

panels.<br />

❐ Power receptacle outlets are securely mounted to the supporting structure.<br />
