We will look to enhance our
nationally renowned annual
Winter Lights experience along
with other festive offerings.
ANIMATING THE CITY
We will seek to introduce Street
Art and Floral Display projects to
different areas of the city centre.

Wherever possible the BID
will identify opportunities to
introduce new green spaces
such as pockets parks or parklets
which the public can enjoy.
The Magical Tree of Light 2020, the Eye of York
FAMILY FRIENDLY
We will focus on delivering
activity that is deemed familyfriendly,
is attractive to York
residents and supports the early
evening economy.
