PLASMA AND LIGHT THERAPY
The plasma and light therapy (PLT) bonnet stimulates visible skin
rejuvenation and detoxification in just a few sessions.
Plasma therapy has been developed on the basis of quantum
physics principles. Negative ions (plasma) are extracted from air and
channelled into the special PLT bonnet, where they are combined
with specific light therapy waves. This way, the ions penetrate deep

BalanceSPORT
The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and
rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA
offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities
and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped
fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills,
weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning
training.
The Quellenhof See Lodge also features a large rooftop garden
complete with a fitness area, a YogaROOM and relaxation loungers.
To round off the offer, we also organise a rich weekly programme of
sport activities in the most scenic of all gyms – the great outdoors.
The “BalanceSPORT” programme complements and rounds out the
holistic balance concept. It offers a choice of indoor and outdoor
activities that change on a daily basis, including workouts, yoga,
Pilates, and meditation and breathing exercises.

Are you seeking to tone up your figure or improve your athletic performance?
Would you like to finally say goodbye to that nagging
back pain or regain your full mobility? One of our personal trainers
will be at your side to devise a personalised workout programme
based on your targets, fitness level and lifestyle. Tapping into the
latest scientific advances, they will provide the guidance you need
to maximise results.
From yoga and Pilates lessons to other forms of exercise, all the
activities offered within the “BalanceSPORT” programme and more

BalanceSAUNA
and pools
Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to
sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities
include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular
events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a
biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie
down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with
relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake
from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m 2 bathing lake,
with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with
depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing
swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is
also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to
the year-round heated outdoor pool (25 m in length).

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you kindly give us prior notice if
you need to cancel or reschedule your spa
treatments. Reservations may be cancelled at
no cost with a minimum notice period of 24
hours. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled
with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-arrivals
will be charged for in full.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment time. We will do our
best to begin your treatment promptly.
Please be aware that if you are late for your
appointment your treatment duration may
be reduced so as not to inconvenience the
following guest.
PREFERRED THERAPIST
Please be aware that both male and female
spa therapists work on our spa team. If you
have preferences in this respect, or wish to be
treated by a specific therapist, please make
sure that you inform us at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate you,
although we cannot guarantee that your
preferred therapist will be available. Thank you
for your understanding.
DRESS CODE
For our Gharieni MLX i 3 Dome – Triple Detox
Therapy and all other massages, you will need
to re-move your clothes. Please be assured
that adequate coverage will be provided to
safeguard your modes-ty.
If you wish to take part in the “BalanceSPORT”
programme, we recommend that you wear
appropriate fitness attire.
Please be aware that our sauna area is a
nudist section. Sauna towels are provided.
DURING YOUR TREATMENT
We advise you to remove watches and
