DAY 1 ARRIVE IN CHICAGO<br />
Welcome to Chicago, known as the Windy City or the Second City. Meet your tour escort and the rest of<br />
the group at the wine and cheese reception. (Overnight at the Palmer House Hilton)<br />
DAY 2 ENJOY CHICAGO<br />
Enjoy a morning tour of Chicago. This afternoon you will have some free time to explore or enjoy some<br />
shopping on the Magnificent Mile. Dinner and an evening activity will also be included. (Overnight at the<br />

DAY 3 CHICAGO TO MEMPHIS<br />
Today you will enjoy unparalleled views of Chicago’s world-renowned architecture as you are guided on a<br />
cruise along the Chicago River. Transfer to Chicago’s Union Station and board the “City of New Orleans ® ”<br />
train in Sleeping car accommodations. Dinner is included in Chicago before boarding the train. (Overnight<br />

DAY 4 ARRIVE IN MEMPHIS<br />
Your arrival in Memphis will be very early in the morning. Transfer to your hotel and check your luggage<br />
with the bell desk. A tour of Graceland, Elvis’s home will kick off your stay in Memphis. (Overnight at the<br />

DAY 5 EXPLORE MEMPHIS<br />
Wake up refreshed and ready to see Memphis. A fun city tour is included for today with musicians on<br />
board and audience participation. Admission to Sun Studios, the Staxx Museum and Rock n’ Soul Museum<br />
are also included. Dinner tonight will be on famous Beale Street. (Overnight at the Peabody Hotel) B, D<br />
DAY 6 MEMPHIS TO NEW ORLEANS<br />
Transfer to the Memphis <strong>Amtrak</strong> ® Station and board your train in Sleeping car accommodations. You will travel<br />
about 400 miles to New Orleans. Upon arrival, you will transfer to your New Orleans hotel. Tonight you enjoy<br />
a dinner cruise aboard the Steamboat Natchez. Welcome to the birthplace of jazz. (Overnight at the Hotel<br />

DAY 7 ENJOY NEW ORLEANS<br />
Today you will start the day with a jazz brunch at the Court of Two Sisters, just a short walk away. You’ll<br />
be serenaded with more jazz music as you dine. Walk down Bourbon Street and take in the atmosphere.<br />
Following breakfast you will enjoy a tour of New Orleans and see such sites as the Garden District, French<br />
Latin Quarter and even some remnants of Hurricane Katrina to never let us forget this tragic occurrence.<br />

DAY 8 VACATION ENDS IN NEW ORLEANS<br />
Bid farewell to the birthplace of jazz. At this time, you can continue your stay in New Orleans, return to<br />
Chicago on <strong>Amtrak</strong>, or head West to San Antonio, TX. B<br />
