A prom for
seniors
Members of the Leo
Club at Memorial High
School are planning a
Senior Prom on Sat May
7 from 2 to 4pm.
The event will take
place in the school’s
courtyard (or in the
gym, in the event of
inclement weather)
and will feature light
refreshments, dancing, a
photo booth, and games.
Admission is free,
and all senior citizens in
Haddonfield are invited.
(Residents may invite
out-of-town guests.)
A student DJ will play
hits from the 1950s to
the 70s and beyond.
Mavis, the line-dancing
instructor at the Mabel
Kay Senior Center, and
some of her dancers
will lead students in line
dances.
Dressing-up is
encouraged. Two guests
adjudged “best dressed”
will be crowned Prom
King and Queen.
Admission is free, but
registration is required.
