Haddonfield Little League
will begin its 2022 season with
“Baseball Night in Haddonfield”
on Friday, April 1.
What sports did you
play as a child?
“My sport was
softball,” says MARY
BLACKMAN
of Collingswood.
“I was in the town
league from fourth
grade through
eighth. I played
second base, and
loved it.”
“My older brothers
played baseball,”
says CONNOR
BULICKI of
Pennsauken, “so it
was only natural
that I would also. I
played for the Happy
Hippo Little League
team. Outfield.”
TERRY MONTANA
of Cherry Hill grew
up in Camden and
played baseball
“because there was
not much else to do.”
Terry played outfield,
and was “a pretty
good pitcher too.”
AMY CRUTCHFIELD
of Haddonfield
swam ... a lot. “I loved
swimming but I also
loved competing,”
she says. “I got a high
from the feeling of
accomplishment,
after spending so
much time training.”
As a youngster,
ANTONNE JONES
of Mt Laurel played
baseball, football,
and basketball.
“I played in the EOM
(Edward O’Malley)
League in South
Philly. First and
third base mostly.
Good times. Good
memories.”
Haddonfield’s
CHARLIE
PRESENZA
participates in
soccer, lacrosse,
cross-country, and
track. His favorite?
Lacrosse, “because
the uniforms and
equipment are really
cool. I think we have
our first game this
week.”
