Users can access text that was previously unreadable - including
text embedded within an image or contained within inaccessible
Flash - and have the text read aloud with dual color highlighting.

Screen Masking

One-click translator allows words to be translated into multiple

Phonetic Spell Checker
Analyzes and corrects students' spelling and returns suggestions
for common spelling errors. Phonetic spelling and �exible

Corrected choices are displayed. De�nitions for word choices are
also displayed and a log collects student data.
Homophone Checker
Homophones are color coded and alternate choices are
displayed, including their de�nitions. Teachers can also add
homophones and confusables.
Word Prediction
Learns the writer's style and predicts the word they are typing
and the word they want to use next. Increases accuracy while
reducing key strokes. Based on phonetic �exible writing routines,
Word Prediction returns more suggestions. Teachers can also

images) on screen - perfect for visual learners. Students can
write text directly on the mapped elements, add sticky notes to
the map, and export the elements into an outline.
Study Skills Tools
Facilitate active reading, writing, and learning. Students can
highlight and extract text from any document or website to
create study guides, outlines, or to complete assignments.
Summary Feature
Users can select all or any portion of text in a document or on
the screen and create a new Word document that contains the
text collapsed into a summary (not available with O�ce 2010).

Testmaker
Testmaker allows teachers to quickly create a new test or edit an existing test with multiple
question types including Fill in the Blanks, Multiple Choice, Checkbox, True/False, and Short
Answer or Essay. Teachers can save tests locally and then deliver them online. Students
complete the online test and either save, print, or email the test to the teacher. Testmaker
provides teachers with a whole-class solution for online testing.
PDF Accessibility Editor
PDF Accessibility Editor is used to set and control the precise reading order (speech output)
of text and graphics contained in PDF �les. This includes control over the �nest of details,
such as reading the caption for an illustration, correct pronunciation of math equations, and
excluding headers/footers from the reading order.
Create Lexiflow eBooks
Convert scanned PDF documents to Flash and create talking eBooks which can be
viewed on any PC or Mac. In addition to text to speech with choice of reading voice, the eBook
also includes support tools such as a Dictionary, Translator, Sticky Notes, and Highlighters.
