5 gr Agar Agar<br />

300 ml Coconut milk <br />

For the topping: <br />

100 gr Dark<br />

chocolate <br />

1 tsp Vanilla extract <br />

Preparation<br />

Melt dark chocolate<br />

with the technique<br />

Ready to cook?<br />

Pour the liquid coconut milk in a<br />

bowl and add the Agar Agar. Let it<br />

soak for about 5-10 minutes. Place<br />

in a pot and bring to boil. This is the<br />

moment you would add the desired<br />

extract - in this recipe it is vanilla<br />

extract. Let it boil for about 5-6<br />

min. <br />

Pour the liquid in a tray and leave in<br />

the fridge until solid.<br />

After that you can use any cookie<br />

cutter you prefer to form the desired<br />

shape.<br />
