Ingredients For the pudding: 5 gr Agar Agar 300 ml Coconut milk For the topping: 100 gr Dark chocolate 1 tsp Vanilla extract Preparation Melt dark chocolate with the technique *Bain-Marie Ready to cook? Pour the liquid coconut milk in a bowl and add the Agar Agar. Let it soak for about 5-10 minutes. Place in a pot and bring to boil. This is the moment you would add the desired extract - in this recipe it is vanilla extract. Let it boil for about 5-6 min. Pour the liquid in a tray and leave in the fridge until solid. After that you can use any cookie cutter you prefer to form the desired shape. 30 Spread the agar agar forms on a wooden tray for best presentation. Melt your dark chocolate and chose whether to cover all or just some of the shapes. Leave to set and eat… With LOVE…
