The First Berliner Art Book 2021 ©
Dear artists, collectors, gallerists and beloved art friends.
We are excited and honored to present you with the new edition of The First Berliner Art Book 2021 ©. Art Management Berlin’s new series of contemporary art includes artists of the highest caliber, hailing from the four corners of the world.
The present selection has been made, as usual, with great concern, in order to offer you both the works of our previously acclaimed artists and of artists collaborating with Art Management Berlin for the first time.
The changing world is reflected in the choice of the current selection.
Our collaboration with the Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin has paid off over the years, and we are proud, this year too, to be able to include so many artists, enriching thus Art Management Berlin.
Through the current edition, it was our intention to capture the attention of our international circuit of galleries and collectors interested in the new flows and trends in Contemporary Art. Our society is becoming more introverted than ever and offers us unsuspected reserves of creativity. Self-analysis, personal stimulation and the deep desire of self-fulfillment are among the crtiteria guiding these artists.
In this edition, we purport to stimulate the continuous growth of the selected artists and to put forth their capitalization in the art market worldwide.
An immense thank you to all of you who have added your contribution to the development of contemporary art, with your talent and your creativity. You are a continuous source of inspiration.
With high consideration, Gabriela Caranfil curator AMB

Eston Tan was born in Penang, Malaysia. Nowbased in Taiwan, he is an accomplished painter, acknowledged as a master of chiaroscuro both athome and internationally. He is best known forhis night scenes, done in rich textures and colors, characterized by adeptly placed dots, sparkles of light that turn urban jungles intomesmerizing tangles of nocturnal visual poetry set on canvas. His visually rich andtextured works mirror Eston’s own life journey, reflections of his own experiences, from working in the evenings and nights as a youth, his travels through lushcountrysides and bustling urbanity in various parts of the world, and most recentlythe emotions felt leading towards the birth of his youngest child. Eston Tan’s paintingsevoke feelings of hope for the future, drawing from his own positivity and spiritualstrength. The contrasting hues of light and dark in his works represent the balanceof life, observations by the artist of the constant flux he sees society to constantlybe in, as attitudes and ideals change , as time passes, depicted as visual transitionsfrom dark to light, which is often seen in his paintings. What one feels looking at Eston’s paintings is a strong consciousness of being, projected with a sense of hope for what lies ahead, grounded by lessons gained fromhis experience, yet standing firm in the now, as the artist lives his life, in harmonywith the world around him.FaceBook/ Instagram : Estontantaneston72@gmail.comestonfineart@gmail.com26Roots Series, 182 x 220 cm,oil on linen, 2017
