5. Loading COMSEC<br />
Note: Unless stated otherwise, all switches and controls called out in this<br />
procedure are on the control indicator (CI).<br />
Until directed, do not connect fill device.<br />
Always load key position number 1 first, for proper key recall.<br />
STEP 1. Set mode switch on fill panel from PT to CT position.<br />

randomized
