Notes<br />
Materials: Tin / Aluminum / Copper<br />
Tin: They are actually tin plated on steel. For exterior use tin is not recommended<br />
Aluminum: Similar patterns but is lighter and will not rust thus suitable for under decks, porticos<br />
They are perfect for bathooms and kitchen areas<br />
Nail Up Panels: 2 Feet x 2 Feet<br />
Install these panels are any substrate. Panels are 24-1/2" x 24-1/2" or 24-3/8" x 24-3/8"<br />
Glue them up and/or Nail them up with a hammer or Brad Nailer with nails that have a small head<br />
The edges over lap on each other not butt joined.<br />
To reduce install time, double nail up panels are available 24-1/2" x 48-1/2" or 24-3/8" x 48-3/8"<br />
Drop In Panels for T-Bar<br />
They are available with a flat perimeter edge of 15/16" grid or 9/16" grid<br />
Mid and Perimeter T-Bars are available to match the factory painted panels<br />
Kitchen Backsplash<br />
One can use any 24"x24" panels and cut them yourself or select the Aluminum backsplash panels<br />
Cutting Panels<br />
Use extended Tin Snips or Guillotine specific for metal panels. For Pot lights use a Roto Zip Saw<br />
Factory Painted<br />
All panels are available factory painted. Some are electroplated while others are hand painted<br />
Particularily on hand painted panels there can be variances between each panel. Further there can be<br />
variances between orders placed with time intervals.<br />
Picking a Color<br />
When you order a factory painted panel - pre-order samples. Look at the sample above your head if they<br />
are to be installed on the ceiling - looking down on a panel will distort the final presentation.<br />
