Of all nuts, walnuts contain the

highest amount of omega-3

fatty acids.


Walnuts, unlike many other plants, contain

almost all the substances necessary

for a healthy diet: 30-77% fat, 10-20%

protein, and 5-15% carbohydrates. 94-

95% of substances in nuts are useful.

It also contains all the necessary and

irreplaceable amino acids: glutathione,

cystine, lysine, histamine, arginine,

aspartic and glutamic acids, alanine,

proline, valine. Which have a positive

effect on the formation of the muscular

system, bones, blood, heart, skin, and

hair.


Beneficial features.

Proteins of walnuts are equal in

composition to proteins of meat

and milk, but they are absorbed

much better. Since the lysine

contained in the nuclei promotes

the digestion of proteins without

wasting energy.

Due to their unique composition,

nuts can provide our body with

all the necessary vitamins and

minerals, as well as proteins, fats

and carbohydrates.

Ripe nuts contain a large amount

of vitamins: A, B1, B2, B12,

B15, C, K, E, PP, carotene, as

well as tannins, sitosterones,

quinones, linoleic, linolenic acids,

gallotannins, juglone, essential

oil, phytoncides. There is also a

small amount of gallic and ellagic

acids. It also contains mineral


elements: phosphorus 390-

600 mg, potassium 600-1300,

magnesium 150-250, calcium

85-180, sulfur 50-100, iron 5-25,

aluminum 5-10, manganese

2-15, zinc 2, 5-6 mg. But there is

much less iodine, cobalt, copper,

strontium, chromium, fluorine,

nickel in them.

Walnuts restore human strength

since significant energy is

released during the breakdown of

pyruvic acid.

The acids present in nuts can also

increase the body's resistance

to radiation, increasing the

resistance of healthy cells in

relation to high voltage X-rays.

It is no coincidence that nuts are

a must in the diet of astronauts

together with prunes.

useful to practice in front

of a mirror - to work out

poses, gaze, emotions,

so that later you feel

confident in front of the

camera lens.

Recommendations for novice male models from the head of the model

agency "Images of Russia" and the editor-in-chief of our magazine, Yury

Ivanenko.

Every photographer can attest that men

are often more constrained when shooting

than women. Many representatives of

the stronger sex simply do not like to be

photographed, they are shy, do not know

what pose to take, where to look or where

to put their hands. All this interferes with

the creation of an expressive male portrait.

There are a lot of tricks and ideas for such a

photoshoot. I'll go over the basic techniques

for good shots.

In order for a male model, especially a

beginner, to feel more comfortable on set,

he needs to familiarize himself with a small

list of successful poses in advance. Just don't

try to memorize them! It will be enough just

to familiarize yourself with them in order to

have a general idea of the upcoming photo

session. It will not be superfluous he to learn

the basics of posing.


Here are just a few rules

to follow to get quality

pictures.

1. Before the photo

session, carefully think

over the image and

prepare the clothes. The

fact that guys don't have

to pick up their makeup

and think about their

hairstyle doesn't mean

that they can just take

the first thing they come

across from the closet a

couple of hours before

shooting. Clothing is

especially important

if you want to appear

before the photographer

in a particular way.

And be sure to get enough

sleep before each photo

session!

2. Do you want to look

cool in the photo? You

don't have to strain all

the muscles in your body

and try to look brutal.

The best way to highlight

masculinity is to look

confident. The facial

expression should be

calm.

3. The guy in the photo

can (and sometimes

even needs to!) Smile.

"Men don't cry" - yes, let's

say someone took this

principle as a basis. But

how can you get in the

way of a smile? Although

if you don't want to smile

at all 32 teeth, you can

just smile a little, or you

can't do it at all. Better a

complete lack of a smile

than a forced grimace.

4. If you want to

favorably emphasize the

masculinity of the figure,

then you need to stand

so that the shoulders

are turned towards the

camera, but at the same

time, the hips are slightly

turned to the side. But

here it is important not to

overdo it. You only need



to turn your hips a couple

of degrees. Otherwise,

we get a wasp waist,

which, obviously, in this

case, we do not need.

5. To instill confidence

in your eyes, just look

in the same direction

as your face. Looking

away to the side adds

playfulness to the image

and creates the illusion

of embarrassment. For a

male photoshoot, such

images are far from

always appropriate.

6. Don't stay in one position

for a long time. Change

poses, change emotions,

smile, look seriously, turn

your head to the side. The

photographer will catch

the good shots himself. If

a photographer wants to

take several shots in one

position, he will ask you

to freeze or return to a

specific position.

7. Listen to the photographer.

Of course, you

shouldn't count on the fact

that the photographer

will dictate every step

to you in detail, but

he will prompt you.

Therefore, you should not

neglect the opinion of

a professional and trust

him. The model and the

photographer must work

in tandem, then success

is guaranteed (and the

gorgeous shots that you

get in the end will be the

most striking proof of this).

"New Year's Models show" - 2018, 2019 and the

Children's "Spring Models show" -2017, 2018.


From January 3 to 5, 2017, Mariya

took part in the top model

contest “Images of Russia"

- 2017, where she took third

place in the nomination "Little

model “Images of Russia"

-2017". And on May 30 of this

year, she took first place in the

contest Mini Top Model “Images

2017 ” (age category 5-7 years).

On July 1, 2021, Masha took
