Gfrerer. Guests can now choose<br />
between several restaurants:<br />
during the cold season the historic<br />
Gewölbe-Saal with its vaulted<br />
ceiling is particularly cosy.<br />
The modern and cool brasserie<br />
bar on the other hand offers hip<br />
metropolitan flair. And the rustic<br />
cellar from the 14th century, built<br />
from rock hewn from Mönchsberg<br />
just across the road, houses<br />
the impressive wine archive of<br />
1,500 bottles. Open from noon<br />
until midnight; you’ll find<br />
delicious snacks, finger food as<br />
well as multi-course menus.<br />
