16.2. Additional investments services
16.2.1. This will include:
16.2.1.1. ‘Information collection’,
16.2.1.2. ‘Research’,
16.2.1.3. ‘Advice’,
16.2.1.4. ‘Transactions’
16.2.2. The charge for the services will be assessed based on the value of the additional
investment the Client(s) require to be overseen by the Company.
16.2.3. The ‘additional investments service’ will be charged at the following tariff:

16.3. Ongoing services
16.3.1. This will include:
16.3.1.1. ‘Forwarding and monitoring’.
16.3.1.2. ‘Periodic review’,
16.3.1.3. ‘Periodic investment portfolio valuation’,
16.3.1.4. Assistance with annual HMRC reporting on relevant taxation matters,
16.3.1.5. ‘Advice’ and ‘Transactions’ arising from:
16.3.1.5.1. Switching of investments between tax accounts,
16.3.1.5.2. Changes to regular capital withdrawals,
16.3.1.5.3. Ad-hoc capital withdrawals,
16.3.1.5.4. Changes in the Client(s) attitude to investment risk,
16.3.2. The charge for the services will be based on the total value of the investment that will
be overseen by the Company.
16.3.3. The ‘ongoing services’ will be charged at the following tariff:
