31. Use the arrow keys to select 6 (Backup/Restore Conf), then press Enter.
The Backup/Restore Conf menu appears as follows:

32. Select the Backup Configuration option, then press Enter.
You are prompted to enter a file name where the configuration is to be stored.
33. Insert a blank diskette labeled “RAID Configuration Backup” into the drive unit, then
enter the file name and press Enter.
A confirmation message indicates that any existing file of the same name will be
overwritten on the diskette.
34. Click Yes.
The configuration is saved to diskette.
35. Press Esc to return to the Main Menu.
An exit confirmation screen appears.
36. Select Yes to exit.
The A:\ prompt is displayed.
37. Remove the diskette and reboot.
Now install the UnixWare 7 operating system as described in 8.4.
Procedure for the ES2085R Node
Configure the RAID disk controller for RAID level 1 (mirroring) for two disks units.
Notes:
• Switch the monitor concentrator to the Intel node position before beginning (see
2.5.2).
• In step 2, you must press Alt-R within a few seconds to enter the BIO Options
Utility.
• In step 8, you must press Alt-R within a few seconds to enter the RAID controller
configuration procedure; otherwise, the normal boot procedure continues.
