A Guest Properties window opens.
Click the Account Disable box to remove the check mark (if there is one).
6. Click OK, then close the Computer Management window.
Continue with the steps in 7.2.7.
7.2.7. Creating a Logical F: Drive
Create an F drive on each Windows 2000 node to enable a new volume that can be shared
for Unisys product information, as well as for user applications.
To create an F drive:
1. If you are not currently logged on, power on or restart the Windows 2000 node and log
on as the administrator.
2. Click Start > select Programs > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.
3. Click Disk Management.
4. Right-click the unallocated sector of Disk 0, then click Create Partition on the menu
that appears.
A screen titled Welcome to the Create a Partition Wizard appears.
5. Click Next.
A Partition Type menu appears.
6. Click Primary, then click Next.
The Partition Size screen appears.
7. Enter the size of the remaining portion of the disk and click Next.
The “Assign drive letter or path” screen appears.
8. Click “Assign a drive letter.”
9. Click the pull-down arrow and select F.
10. Click Next.
The Format Partition screen appears.
11. Click “Format this partition with the following setups.”
12. Select NTFS and Default. Under Formatting, enter a volume label, if you wish. Then
click Perform a Quick Format.
13. Click Next.
14. Click Finish.
The new volume is formatted. When the formatting is complete, a message says that
the volume is healthy.
15. Close Computer Management.
