have an RAD5003-P64 RAID card in your server and discover that the Array Manager does
not find the card, you will need to update the driver using the following procedure:
1. Launch the System applet from Start > Settings > Control Panel > System.
2. Click the Hardware tab to get to the Device Manager start button. Click the button.
3. In the device manager, open the “SCSI and RAID controllers” device tree and doubleclick
the DAC1164P card.
4. Click the driver tab, then click the Update Driver button.
5. The Upgrade Device Driver Wizard starts. Click Next.
6. Click the “Display a list…” option button, then click Next.
7. Click “Have disk” and insert the Unisys Supplementatl Drivers CD into the server’s
drive.
8. Click Browse and select the CD drive (D:) from the drop-down box.
9. Double-click the win2000 folder.
10. Double-click the raid folder.
11. Double-click the Dac960nt folder.
12. Double-click the Dac1164p folder.
13. Click to select the Dac1164p file icon, then click Open.
14. Click OK.
15. Click to select the RAID controller item, then click Next.
16. Click Next, then click Finish.

7.2.4. Installing and Configuring ControlIT
ControlIT software, a product of Computer Associates, enables full monitoring and control
of Windows NT nodes from the Single Point Operations (SPO) workstation. To implement
that monitoring and control, ControlIT must be installed and configured on each Windows
node as described in this subsection.
The ControlIT software is also installed on the SPO workstation (see Section 11).
Note: The ControlIT CD-ROM is included in the SPO software package. Use the same
CD-ROM to install ControlIT on both the SPO workstation and the Windows NT
node.
The procedure for installing ControlIT is as follows:
1. If you are not currently logged on, power on or restart the Windows 2000 node and log
on as the administrator.
2. Insert the ControlIT CD-ROM into the drive unit.
