• motivate and inform! Make sure that everyone knows what the daily,
weekly, and monthly targets are and what their tasks are. Make sure that they know
how the day is going and talk with them about what you all need to do to reach the
targets.
Break down how many sales you need to do per day to have a better CR.
• have a look at your schedules. Make sure that all hours are covered
and specially the peak hours are even better covered.
• have an overview of the store and give feedback. Find a way the SFC works in
your store. Even if you are only 2 in the store, you should still do it. We can only learn
from feedback.
• Make the first great impression! Inform in this right first moment
of the promotions in store. Especially in times like this it is very important that you let
all customers know that we have sale, and they can't leave the store empty handed.

• show your passion for selling through your energy.
• give the best customer service → do it the VANS way.
• Build a we are interested in the people. Make
them feel comfortable in the store. If they don't buy anything today, they will buy
something another day or will recommend you to their families and friends.
• Make sure that everything is replenished for the next customers.
People don’t know if you still have the products in the stock room. Not everyone is
going to ask you to check in the back. People could assume that the size is sold out
and leave the store (easy CR).
• If customers aren't buying anything on sale,
remind them that it is soon Christmas, and they could be also buying
presents for their love ones (and saving some money).
• Make sure all zones in the store are covered. Even if the store is small, make
sure that employees are not standing all together. Also make sure that you are doing
something. Don't just stand around. Find a task BUT DON'T forget customers.
• Be, as a SM, as much as you can on the shopfloor, give and get feedback.

the VLS I was very happy to the able to help

Our Mallorca team did a difficult selection for this month’s
winner!
The team chose Marc after a few questions… and for sure he
deserved it.
It all started when, during his usual shopping day in our store,
Marc saw our amazing Slip-On Checkerboard size 66 and with
his shocked eyes askes us how to get it!

He is a great supporter of the brans, wears exclusively Vans’
shoes and t-shirts.
What makes him crazy? Comfort and Design!
He told the team that everytime he enters to the store he feels
at home.
