FOR EMERGENCIES, CRISES, AND DISASTERS
BCC provides easy and quick to deploy, portable, and configurable
communication centers that enable firefighters, police, paramedics, or
the military to quickly establish communication networks during
disasters and emergencies and support networked rescue operations
thanks to voice communication and data communication.
BCC automates network connectivity and provides voice, data, and
radio interoperability. The communication unit works without
computers or complex training.

BASE-CAMP-CONNECT emergency communication solutions
work with data communication as well as classic voice
communication, bridging radio, telephony, and IT networks and
also enabling communication between these respective
networks. BCC bridges the worlds of radio, telephony, and IT by

EASE OF USE
Compared to similar systems, BASE-CAMP-CONNECT
emergency communication solutions require minimal training
for their installation, connection, and operation. It can be put
into operation within minutes, which is critical during rapid
response operations.
INTEROPERABILITY
BASE-CAMP-CONNECT emergency communications solutions
are designed for optimal interoperability. For example, up to 5
different radio systems can be interconnected in both
unencrypted and encrypted modes without the need to
manage keys.
MOBILITY
BASE-CAMP-CONNECT's emergency communications solutions
are compact. From carrying cases to portable 2-man systems,
they are designed to fit easily into emergency responders'
trucks and trailers and, if needed, into the trunk of a car to be.

A half-hour training session is all an operator needs to get up
and running with BASE-CAMP-CONNECT emergency
communications solutions. The systems are designed to be
operated intuitively by anyone without formal training. There is
also no complex on/off procedures required. Just plug in, turn

BCC-EM - INTEROPERABLE COMMUNICATION SOLUTION
BCC-EM is the original emergency communications solution from
BASE-CAMP-CONNECT. It is a scalable system for small to mediumsized
teams. With 4 to 50 users on the phone lines and 64 to 128 IP
users in a single system, it covers a wide range of needs.
The portable version is found in use by many Urban Search &
Rescue Teams (USAR). For their needs, they use BCC-EM as a
deployable command center suitable for both local and international
operations. Using SIM cards as well as satellite solutions for voice
and data needs, USAR teams can access a full range of
communications networks.

COMMUNICATION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
Whether smaller or larger operations. Base-Camp-Connect helps to
better coordinate joint operations. In most cases, several teams from
several authorities or even several countries are involved in an
emergency operation. Not everyone has the same technology for voice
or data transmission. Nevertheless, coordinated communication
makes sense, even if the devices cannot map the other standard.

BCC-LITE - THE PORTABLE EMERGENCY UNIT
Quickly deployable kit for mission critical communications. The
smallest, fully equipped unit from BASE-CAMP-CONNECT is suitable
for teams on the move. The BCC-LITE mission critical
communications solution is designed for small teams of 2-10 people.
With a small size and weight, the rapidly deployable interoperability
solution offers voice and data transmission as well as a radio
gateway. Weighing 16 kg (with internal battery), the BCC-LITE is not
only lightweight, but also autonomous for up to 2 hours. BCC-LITE
can be used as a portable emergency unit as well as a tactical
communication solution.

COMMUNICATION DURING SEARCH AND RESCUE MISSIONS
The realities of search and rescue operations require that
communications work at all times, on any network, and even in
international collaboration. Base-Camp-Connect also enables the
integration of a variety of solutions that can be valuable to successful
missions, such as directional Wi-Fi antennas and 360-degree rescue
cameras.
High mobility
The Base-Camp-Connect product range is designed to fit easily into our
customers' trucks and trailers, but is also small enough to fit in the trunk
of a car if needed - from transport cases to portable 2-man systems. In
addition, the rugged cordless phones and long-range 2-way radios
integrated into the search and rescue systems facilitate joint rescue
coordination. With a range of 250,000 square feet and 12 stories, the
search and rescue team's reach is extended in ways that radios typically
cannot.
Adaptability

communication needs, yet it would be ideal to be able to connect them
to the main communication center. BCC has designed their systems to
easily integrate almost any equipment that search and rescue teams

BCC-MICRO - THE TACTICAL VOICE BRIDGE
Maximum ruggedness, portability, and flexibility in the field.
Designed to MILITARY standards, the BCC-Micro is a 5-port
tactical voice bridge combined with a rugged integrated
computer on which a software-based communications
application is installed.
For public safety applications, for example, this allows users to
bridge the radio interface using this application for advanced
functionality. Furthermore, users can talk to any radio or brand
of the device from any device (cell phone, tablet, or computer)
through this software-based communication application.

MILITARY COMMUNICATIONS
Designed for advanced command and control operations, military
Base-Camp Connect products are focused on joint command and
coalition missions, allowing disparate systems to work together in
secure environments. The solutions also feature small footprint,
weight and power consumption.

Each military BCC system is built to order and integrates specified
components from military customers.

BCC-MIL - INTER-AGENCY COMMUNICATION
Unified inter-agency communication. The BASE-CAMP-
CONNECT-MIL is a customized communications system for
interagency communications. Using core technology that
integrates voice, data, and radio interoperability, additional
features are added by BASE-CAMP-CONNECT. For example,
certified network switches can be easily retrofitted to connect
local secured networks.
Furthermore, additional devices can be connected to the
communication center, which, for example, increases security. A
good example is secured telephones that can be used to
transmit classified information over commercial networks. The
BCC-MIL is a communications center for times when commercial
and public security networks are destroyed and no longer
operational.
