person, by phone or email. If you know or suspect that someone is violating the Code of Conduct,
it is your responsibility to report it. If you remain inactive, you are putting TIPP Oil Manufacturer Ltd.
Co.Kg‘s reputation at risk and risking fines. By reporting concerns, TIPP Oil Manufacturer Ltd. Co.Kg
also has the opportunity to identify a potential or actual violation of our code at an early stage. TIPP
Oil Manufacturer Ltd. Co.Kg will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who has referred
in good faith to a possible violation of the Code of Conduct. Any actual or threatened retaliation
against employees of TIPP Oil Manufacturer Ltd.Co.Kg will be punished as a serious violation of our
code of conduct.
