Because of travel restrictions, we were unable to cover all of Misamis Occidental, so we will be coming back to see the rest of this beautiful part of the Philippines in another edition next year. But what we did encounter was a tropical paradise, approximately a seventy-five-minute drive from Ozamis. By the name of Plaridel a third-class community. On arriving at the airport our hosts firstly treated us to a delicious luncheon of Korean BBQ proudly sponsored by Supeemix Unlisugba owned by Abigail Lim Yapilto. Plaridel is blessed with natural islands of outstanding beauty, greeneries, and fine white beaches. This island is nature’s gift for Plaridel, aside from the mangroves and structure of the rocks that you can see upon arriving on the Island. You will enjoy the white fine sandy beaches and the fresh air that this province offers. This amazing place is full of adventure and excitement, while at the same time maintaining peace and serene tranquility, for a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is so much to see here that unfortunately because of the pandemic travel restrictions in place at the time (which thankfully has been relaxed quite a bit now) we were only able to see a small portion of what this hidden paradise has to offer, but what we did see was more than enough to whet our appetites to write about what we had seen. From Island hopping, jet skiing, diving, trekking, snorkeling, kayaking, and many places of fun and adventure to visit, Plaridel is one place well worth visiting. Our introduction to this awesome place was our accommodation at the Bijoux Hotel, this newly appointed establishment is geared for a relaxing holiday This amazing place is full of adventure and excitement, while at the same time maintaining peace and serene tranquility, for a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
