Baileys & Grand Marnier<br />
with Ice Cream<br />
Preparation time: 5 mins<br />
Serves 2<br />
Silky and smooth, this indulgent cocktail makes an impressive<br />
after dinner treat.<br />
Ingredients<br />
50ml Baileys original<br />
25ml Grand Marnier,<br />
Cointreau can also be used<br />
1 scoop Madagascan vanilla<br />
ice cream<br />
1 orange<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Pour the Baileys into a martini glass.<br />
2. Add the Grand Marnier and stir till silky smooth.<br />
3. Shape a scoop of ice cream into a quenelle<br />
and place into the glass.<br />
4. Twist a strip of orange peel and place on top<br />
of the ice cream.<br />

Preparation time: 10 mins<br />

Ingredients:<br />
375g ready to use puff pastry<br />
1 medium egg<br />
50g cheese, grated<br />
3 pinches rosemary<br />
Method:<br />
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas mark 4<br />
/ 160°C fan and line a baking tray with<br />
grease proof paper.<br />
2. Roll out the puff pastry and<br />
cut out star shapes using a<br />
cookie cutter.<br />
3. Place them onto a baking<br />
tray and egg wash the top of<br />
each star.<br />
4. Sprinkle cheese and rosemary<br />
on top of each of the stars.<br />
5. Cook in the oven for 10 – 12<br />
mins until the pastry<br />
turns golden.<br />

Tuck into a platter of bitesize mac and<br />
cheese 'muffin pies' with a kick - great<br />
for parties and movie nights with friends.<br />

1. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 3 / 170°C / Fan<br />
150°C and line a muffin tin with muffin cases.<br />
2. Cook the macaroni as per the instructions<br />
Serves 12<br />
on the pack.<br />
Preparation time: 10 mins<br />
Cooking time: 35 mins<br />
3. Cut the cheese slices into<br />
small pieces and mix in with<br />
Ingredients:<br />
500g macaroni<br />
6 slices chilli cheese<br />
250g extra mature cheddar<br />
2 eggs, beaten<br />
180ml whole milk, warmed<br />
150g breadcrumbs<br />
the grated cheddar.<br />
4. Drain the macaroni, add<br />
the milk and beaten eggs,<br />
stir until smooth, then add<br />
most of the cheese (leave<br />
enough to sprinkle on top)<br />
and the chopped chives.<br />
