KANGAROO ISLAND
Kangaroo Island is one of the world’s

You can quietly ‘go bush’ and see native Australian animals and birds

Kangaroo Island offers a wealth of inspiring nature-based
experiences. Flinders Chase National Park is the place to watch the
New Zealand Fur Seals at Admirals Arch, marvel at the sculptures of
Remarkable Rocks, observe rare Australian Sea Lions at Seal Bay, and
make a date to meet the Little Penguins as they emerge from the sea
at the end of their working day. ‘KI’ as the locals call it, is big and

surprisingly diverse, so you will always find somewhere to call your
own to enjoy a little quiet time and let nature soothe your spirit.
If you are an experience seeker, there is the opportunity to snorkel,
fish, surf, kayak or quad bike.
Kangaroo Island has a thriving food and wine industry, so get ready to
enjoy freshwater crayfish (Marron), lobsters, King George Whiting,
local oysters and the world’s finest Ligurian Bee honey. The wine
industry is only young, but we’re ripening to perfection, so call in to
one of the many cellar doors for a drop. To get to the island, you can
