Some changes to the workplace might be

so minimal as to not place any significant

burden on the employer, such as providing a

USB desk fan or allowing a flexible working

arrangement, especially when bearing in mind

that menopause symptoms will eventually go

away!

It’s the law!

Sex discrimination, age discrimination,

disability discrimination and neglecting

health and safety requirements by employers

are against the law. Ignoring or penalising

employees struggling with menopausal

symptoms at work could mean that employers

are breaching legislation and they might end

up facing costly tribunal claims.
