All orders are processed in sequence<br />
according to the date the payment is<br />
received and must be accompanied by<br />
payment for processing. For best available<br />
seats, order as early as possible. Due to<br />
popularity, some series, concerts and/or<br />
sections may have limited seating. There are<br />
no refunds on individual concerts within a<br />
series or on additional tickets purchased.<br />
EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN<br />
You can now pay in 6 convenient monthly<br />
installments. A one-time order fee of $9 for<br />
cheque payments will be added to your total.<br />
No fee is applied for credit card payments.<br />
Note: Early Bird subscribers pay half at the<br />
time of purchase and the remaining half on<br />
the 15 th of the following month.<br />

TICKET EXCHANGES!<br />
Can’t make a performance? Simply call the<br />
WSO patron services office at 204-949-3999<br />
by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the concert or<br />
5:00 p.m. on Saturday for Sunday concerts.<br />
The WSO will waive the $5 per ticket fee for<br />
season ticket holders.<br />
No exchanges allowed into WSO Virtuosi<br />
concerts, WSO Feature Performances and the<br />

CANCELLED ORDERS<br />
A handling fee of $25 per order will<br />
be charged for any cancelled orders.<br />
Season ticket package cancellations<br />
must be completed by 5:00 pm the<br />
day of your first concert, or 5:00 pm<br />
on Saturday for Sunday concerts.<br />

A number of our concerts sell out<br />
quickly. Be sure to purchase your<br />
tickets early!<br />

June 19 - Renewal deadline to<br />
save your seats and season<br />
ticket package<br />
June 20 - Seats are released for<br />
sale to new season ticket holders<br />

When placing your season ticket order<br />

• Tell us if you have a seat<br />
preference.<br />
• Tell us if you need wheelchair<br />
accessible seating.<br />
• Include with your order the full<br />
names and phone numbers of the<br />
