The LGUprovided huge support for the school fromthe transportation of materials used in itsfacilities and infrastructures and exceedsits support financially and morallyThe Department of Agriculture,through the Provincial and MunicipalAgriculture’s Office, gave its support in theimplementation of the “Gulayan SaPaaralan Program” of the Department ofEducation which was not limited to theschool premises but also to theneighborhood residents that served as“replicators” of the program.The RuralHealth Unit (RHU), together with theBureau of Fire and Protection (BFP)provided different health and safetyactivities not just for the benefit of theschool but also for the community throughorientation, proper hygiene, deworming,dental care, first aid safety, earthquakedrill, and other risk reductionsimulations.The Department of SocialWelfare and Development’s (DSWD’s)Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4P’s) linked with the school’s “Gulayan saPaaralan Program” to strengthen thecontinual and habitual way of implementingorganic vegetable harvests in every homesof the barangay. The DSWD also showedits support to the school by donating floursacks for the innovation of the “Gulayan saPaaralan”.
Barangay Captain Honorable Martin Amolo Jr. together with his councilors and theArmed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and CAFGU’s supported the school consistentlyespecially in projects related to sustainable development. They joined force to facilitateactivities such as clean-up drives, donation and installation of Material Recovery Facility(MRF), and executing peace and order policy during the implementation and activities ofevery program. The Parent and Teachers Association, parents, and alumni supported theschool every school year.Qualfon - Dumaguete City, a BPOcompany also extended its support to the schoolby donating set of computers. During 2019Regional Search for Sustainable and Eco-Friendly School awarding at Cebu City where theschool was recognized as the “Most PromisingEco-Friendly School”, Pollution ControlAssociation of the Philippines, Inc. (PCAPI)Foundation in the persons of Engr. Ma and Mr.Magdadaro elongated its help towards ecofriendlyadvocacy of the school. Recently, duringthe “2021 Lunhaw Art Design Competition” of theDiocese of San Carlos (a Non-GovernmentOrganization), the school was chosen to be therepresentative of the Saint Isidor the FarmerParish, Vallehermoso to showcase ang originaltote bag and mask design entry.Healthy LifestyleRegional Search for Sustainable and Eco-Friendly School awarding at Cebu City where the schoolwas recognized as the “Most Promising Eco-FriendlySchool”, Pollution Control Association of thePhilippines, Inc. (PCAPI) Foundation in the persons ofEngr. Ma and Mr. Magdadaro elongated its helptowards eco-friendly advocacy of the school.The school aims not only skilled and competent graduates but also holisticallyhealthy individuals. The school is blessed to have two licensed Nurse – Teachers whofacilitated proper health and nutrition sensibility not just inside the campus but also in thecommunity. Through the partnership of the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of the Municipality ofVallehermoso, the school rendered health services to learners such as deworming, dentalcare, educating “Healthy Young Ones”, supplementation of Iron in-take for the femalelearners, and proper hygiene techniques. In addition, different programs of the schoolwere also aligned in implementing healthy lifestyle. Aside from eco-friendly relatedactivities of ILAKAD Program under Nestlè Wellness Campus, it also fostered differenthealthy activities such as necessitating “Pinggang Pinoy” (Filipino Plate) in every diningtable. Pinggang Pinoy is a Department of Health (DOH) Program which reflected theproper food to be taken in every meal. Morning exercises were facilitated to attainbalanced diet. ILAKAD Program also promoted usage of water tumblers instead of bottledwater or disposable cups. The intention of the program was to save the wallet, save theearth, and possibly save the health of every Filipino. Guba NHS was recognized as bestimplementing School in the Division of Guihulngan City in 2019. On the other hand, the
