reservations and travel experts will find the best
accommodation or travel itinerary at the best rates
and will inform you of the choices available.

Your reservation
You decide which option you prefer and your
dedicated Infotel specialist will make the
booking(s). You or your chosen contact will then
receive confirmation via email or text message.
We offer a choice of payment options for accommodation and travel:

Your payment options
• Secure the booking with a credit card either at time of
confirmation or on arrival at the hotel
• For clients who use our Bill Back Services we will issue a
consolidated invoice for payment every two weeks.
