It’s time to build. By Lissette Rosado It isn’t a secret anymore, Palmas is sold; there is hardly inventory for sale and the demand continues to rise. Palmas is "in" and every day new prospective owners, Puerto Ricans and North Americans, arrive. It is no wonder, those of us who live in this paradise know the incalculable value of living in a community like Palmas which is not only beautiful, but efficient and fun. I hope and plan on being a part of Palmas del Mar for many years to come. Now Bonnie has embarked on a beautiful project--building her bream home! It’s not an easy task, but as she stated, her experience with the architect has been a very positive and rewarding one. “Working with Eli Mariano Martinez is nothing but a pleasure. He is very attentive and considerate when helping me to reach my goals and has been supportive in all aspects of my project. I wanted a house that could merge with nature, with open spaces, that has a Caribbean feel but with a modern twist. I want to maximize the views and the light. I want a warm and invitational
