The space was painstakingly designed
with hosting and entertaining in mind.
Cantilevered glass, expensive finishes
Copse road oozes sophistication but
doesn’t compromise on practicality. The
house is clean and modern, but warm and
welcoming, set in a beautiful garden with
its own heated pool, sauna, private bbq,
sunken seating area, pizza oven.

While staying at Copse road you will
have full exclusive access to the house
and gardens. The property has a large
secure driveway for parking, with secure
coded electronic gates.

We want our guests to enjoy the use
of the property and have a memorable
time while staying at Copse road.
We have a few house rules to note and
those are as follows;

nature
• Please specify the pet
before booking
• No private events
• No groups under 28
• Strictly no stag dos
• No music after 10pm
• No use of the pool
after 10pm
• No Unauthorised
