Yachad/National Jewish Council<br />
for Disabilities (NJCD) is dedicated<br />
to addressing the needs of<br />
more than 6,000 individuals with<br />
disabilities each year and to<br />
facilitate their inclusion in the<br />
Jewish community.<br />
With a diverse array of unique and inclusive<br />
programming throughout North America and<br />
Israel, Yachad empowers children and adults<br />
with developmental disabilities and other<br />
challenges to lead full lives – to socialize, to<br />
learn, to work and to celebrate their Jewish<br />
heritage.<br />
Yachad’s 35 chapters, in the US, Canada and<br />
Israel, provide programming and socialization<br />
opportunities for children and adults throughout<br />
the community.<br />
Yachad’s 22 summer camp programs bring<br />
Yachad members together – B’Yachad – with<br />
