Our students are not concerned strictly about themselves, they are developing their eye on impacting the greater Jewish community which is incredibly gratifying to see.” Rabbi Kuessous, originally from the Syrian community of Deal, NJ, is currently a Middle School Rabbi and Director of the Moriah School Sephardic Cultural Program. He is also the Rabbi of the Benaroya Sephardic Center at Congregation Ahavath Torah in Englewood and Assistant Rabbi for Ahavath Torah. Rabbi Kuessous comes from a rich background in education having held positions in schools and summer camps in Deal, NJ and Brooklyn, NY. He also holds weekly classes for adults. Rabbi Kuessous lives in Englewood, NJ with his wife Myriam and children Dina (5), Moshe (3), and newborn Avi.
