To improve connectivity within the city and with other municipalities, differenttypes of roads were proposed each targeting and specific type of traffic.Master PlanHigh speedMedium speedTrain trackSubway trackPesqueria riverLow speedTo reduced the need for displacement, services were evenly distributed as wellas housing areas. To control growth a green ring was proposed to contain thecity expansion.
