You can draw leader lines freehand or by defining the coordinates in the Text leader
section.

Graphical Properties
When you select a text leader in the graphics area, the Properties panel displays the text
leader line properties under the General, Overall, Leaders, and Text sections. You can
set the following properties:
Arrowhead
Justify
Attachment type
Horizontal landing
Specifies the arrowhead type such as closed, dot, and oblique.
Specifies the text alignment.
Specifies the text attachment direction as horizontal or vertical.
Shows the horizontal landing line of the leader.
