17Parts and FeaturesThis chapter includes the following topics:• Graphics Mesh and Mesh BREP Bodies• Holes• Repairing Missing References for Fillets and Chamfers• SurfacesGraphics Mesh and Mesh BREP BodiesAdding Coordinate Axes, Reference Axes, and ReferencePlanesYou can add coordinate axes, references axes, and reference planes to a graphics meshbody or a mesh BREP body by selecting facets, fins, or vertices. You use facets as planarreferences, facet fins as linear edge references, and facet vertices as point references.Coordinate axes, reference axes, and reference planes are useful when you create amodel based on a graphics mesh body or a mesh BREP body and you want to addgeometry. This functionality is available for parts and assemblies. Before adding coordinate axes, reference axes, and reference planes, turn on the SelectionFilter toolbar to select facets, facet fins (edges), and facet vertices in the graphics area. For Cylindrical/Conical Faces in the Reference Axis PropertyManager, use Paint SelectFacet or Tangent Select Facet to select groups of facets.125

Accuracy
Improves the accuracy of the body compare.
Higher accuracy might impact performance.
This slider is disabled when the compare bodies are graphics
mesh bodies.
Unmatched color
Identifies areas on the compare bodies that do not match
the source bodies.
For example, you compare bodies where the compare body
is not a complete reproduction of the source body. The
unmatched color appears in areas where there is no
corresponding geometry on the source bodies. Either the
geometry is missing or is too far away.
Click Edit Color to select a color.
After you create a body compare analysis, the analysis remains on display in the graphics
area. To close the analysis, right-click in the graphics area and click Body Compare .
To modify the analysis options, right-click in the graphics area and click Body Compare
