Copy Manual Quantities of BOM
When you edit a BOM using the Copy From dialog box, you can copy manual quantities
by selecting Copy Manual Quantities.
Creating a Subprocess
While sending multiple items through a process, you can split the selected items into a
connected subprocess.
You can create a subprocess only if you enable it in the process object. The subprocess
retains the history of the parent process. You have flexibility to keep some items in the
parent process and send others to the subprocess.
To create a subprocess:
1. Select items in a process.
2. Right-click and click Create sub-process.
A new process is created, which includes the affected items.
3. Optional: To view affected items that are split into a subprocess, select Show
sub-process.
4. Optional: To view the subprocesses and hierarchy of the processes, click the
Sub-process tab.
Custom Procedures
An option on the Search tool lets specific users or groups run administrator-defined queries
of the database without accessing the database management applications.
Users can define customized procedures, which can include input parameters.
Customized Affected Item List
You can customize the grid where you view the affected items. You can add fields and
apply conditional highlighting.
The enhancement provides similar customization capabilities available in the Bill of
Materials (BOM) variants. You can add detailed information for each affected item.
Dashboard Viewer
The Dashboard Viewer lets organizations display a dashboard on a community monitor
that updates periodically.
The application:
