To add conditions to a process stage:
1. In the Process configuration administration tool, go to the Workflow Properties page.
2. Select a process stage where you want to add a condition.
3. Select the Condition node.
4. Click New.
5. Create the required condition.
6. Click Save and close.
Adding Related Records
You can add related records to the existing affected items, including assembly child
records, parent records, and references.
To add related records:
1. Create a new process or edit an existing process.
2. Add one or more affected items.
3. Right-click an affected item and click Add related records.
4. Click BOMs, Where Used, or References icons.
5. Select the check box for each line item.
Use the search and filter features to accelerate the process.
6. Optional: Click Add to add records.
7. Close the dialog box.
The restriction for adding records from a single object still applies.
BOM Editing
In the dialog box called Open BOM in new window, enhancements include check out and
editing controls.
The controls let you edit the lower-level BOMs faster.
The Open BOM icon added to the BOM tab controls lets you edit the BOM of a record
without opening the property card.
