treatment fidelity <strong>in</strong> implementation of functional analysis conditions. Place a √ beside the<br />

relevant procedural step if correct; an X if <strong>in</strong>correct; or an Ø (an omission or no response)<br />

if it did not occur at all when it should have.<br />
